Welcome to the EliteTime Alpha Test! We're thrilled to have you join us at this very early, pre-release stage of our service. Please read these terms carefully, as they govern your participation in this highly experimental program.
By participating in the EliteTime Alpha Test, you agree to the following terms:

Nature of the Alpha Test: This is a preliminary, private, and highly experimental test of the EliteTime service. The purpose is to gather foundational feedback on core functionality. The service is in an early development phase and is expected to have significant bugs, crashes, and incomplete features. We do not guarantee service availability or data integrity. We may modify or discontinue the alpha test at any time without notice.

Video Processing: To generate highlights, you will upload video footage to our servers. By uploading, you grant EliteTime permission to process these videos on our servers for the sole purpose of creating and delivering the highlight reels to you and for internal testing and improvement of our AI models.

Data Privacy and Confidentiality:

No Sharing of Data: We commit to NOT sharing any of your uploaded video data or personal information with any third parties. Your videos will be used exclusively for the purpose of generating highlights for you and for the internal development and testing of the EliteTime service.

Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the EliteTime service during the alpha test may be used by us to improve the service without any obligation to you.

No Guarantees: EliteTime is provided "as is" and without any warranty during this alpha phase. We are not liable for any issues, data loss, or damages that may arise from your use of this pre-release software.
